(last update: May 2018) I’ve done my best to keep the following in human speak and make it as simple and clear as possible.
Information we gather
The following information is gathered from our website visitors:
IP address. If you choose to join any training programs, download a free guide, or subscribe we will also collect your name and email address, and any additional information you choose to provide.
Google Analytics tracks time of visits and pages visited.
How we use the information we gather
Information will be used to send you educational emails, updates and new content (ie YouTube videos and Podcasts), and sometimes promotions for programs or events we are having. If you choose to submit your name and email address it will be used to stay in contact. This includes offering you free training programs, sharing tips and tricks, and the occasional promotional email. Your email address will never be sold or lent to anyone else.
At the time of this writing we are not actively using it, but we are collecting “pixels” which allow us to run ads to you on Facebook and other platforms. While this is totally creepy, it also means that if we do start running advertisements, you will see funny and/or awesome ads from me, instead of other people, so that’s a plus.
The people that are given access to this information
Your personal information is accessible only by team members of Dreams Around The World…the same ones we trust with our own private information. This may include highly trusted contractors (not-employees) who have agreed to a NDA and confidentiality agreement.
The security measures we have in place to protect your personal information
To safeguard your personal information, we only store your information using large commercial services with extensive security processes already in place. These companies include Google, Drip, Dropbox, WordPress, and Unbounce.
Our use of cookies
Our website makes use of cookies which are small digital files that are stored in your web browser that enable us to track your return visits to our website.
Your browser settings may allow you to block these cookies. That choice is up to you.
Cookies allow us to track how often you visit the website, and often we only send emails about new programs, content, or offers to subscribers who are regularly visiting the website.
